Who we are

Property Studio is a service of DSAI, Ringen 11, 8200 Aarhus N, Denmark. Questions about your data: write to jonas@propertystudiousa.com.

Why we emailed you

We found your business email and an active listing on your own website, your brokerage profile or a public listing portal. We use your name, business email, brokerage and listing address to write you one short email and at most one follow-up. We never buy email lists.

Reply "no" to any email, or use the unsubscribe link, and we will never contact you again. We keep your address on a do-not-contact list so that stays true.

Files you upload

Photos and video you send us are stored privately and used only to make your video. We never publish them or use them in our own marketing without asking you first. Files are deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.

Who else sees your data

We use a small number of providers to run the service: HighLevel for email, Amazon Web Services for file storage, and AI image and video tools to produce your video. They process data on our behalf and not for their own purposes. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to jonas@propertystudiousa.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
